Safari and iCloud

I upgraded to Mac OS 10.12 when I log into iCloud.com and check my email the left email pane that shows your different folder I.E Inbox Junk mail when I am scrolling my mail box that window pane turn either white, disappears, or flickers. I used google and it does not happen.

MacBook Pro, macOS Sierra (10.12), null

Have you tried refreshing (reloading) the iCloud.com page?

Yes, I logged in and logged out. I do not have this problem when I am using Chrome. I could not test Firefox because it keeps not responding.
